Yesterday, on the 17th February, the following information was posted on the Tokyo Marathon Foundation website:

We are very sorry to receive this news, but this also means that the Pasta Party is canceled. While we had not planned to allow for refunds for the Pasta Party, following the cancellation update of the Tokyo Marathon we will be refunding the participation fee for the party.

Please bear with us as the organizer will refund you from the event page where you registered.

The pre-marathon pasta party will be held in Shinjuku on February 29 (Saturday), the day before the Tokyo Marathon 2020!

A Pasta Party will be held in Shinjuku on Saturday, February 29th - the day before the Tokyo Marathon 2020. This is a party for all ACE, Kamonohashi Project and Madre Bonita Charity Runners at the Tokyo Marathon 2020. Family and Friends are also welcome (Children 5 and under free)! Increase your energy storage and prepare for the next day’s marathon by carb-loading with us!
